施設運転管理スタッフ（シフト勤務）/ Facility Operation Technician

・設備の運転状態について点検記録を行う。
・稼働状況を見ながら調整作業や設備切替え操作を行い適切な運転状態を維持する。
・設備故障やユーティリティトラブル事象に対し初動対応を行い影響最小化に努め、関係者への連絡、処置依頼を行う。 またオペレーション業務の改善や安全環境品質を始めとするマネジメントシステムを順守し実践する。
関連するリスク低減を図り災害、事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作ることが主な責務である。
必須要件
① 機械設備の一般的な知識（回転機器、材料、図面の読み方他）
又は、電気設備の一般的な知識（交流、直流、抵抗、計測方法他）を有する。
（実務経験は問いません）
② エクセル、パワーポイント、ワード等を含む基本的なPCスキル
③ Facility関連する基本的な公的資格取得者又は、今後の取得に向けて意欲のある方
④日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル must have Japanese skill
推奨要件
1.Facility設備全般の知識 （基本的な知識があれば望ましい）
2.協力的な関係を構築する為に日頃からコミュニケーションを取る事ができる。
3.自分なりに工夫しながら仕事を行って改善提案や改善活動を行う事ができる。
4.安全、防災、環境保全に関連する一般的知識および関係法令の理解（社内教育でｻﾎﾟｰﾄ有）
5.半導体工場のプロセス/設備/製造の基本的な理解（社内教育でｻﾎﾟｰﾄ有）
