With this in mind, we seek to continually provide our team members with the opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills through exposure to companies and IT challenges that span different industries. \n\nWhat The Role Entails \nForming part of a team of specialised individuals within the Software Projects team, the Technical Business Analyst supports and works alongside members of the Software Services in identifying and meeting the customer’s requirements. S/he is responsible for bridging the gap between the customer’s business process management (BPM) needs, leading projects, and providing consistent assistance on the development, testing, and lifecycle of the BPM and Workflow software developed, as well as mentoring the resources assigned to the project to fulfil this need. \n\nWhat’s In It For You \nAn environment which promotes innovative solutions, open communication, continuous learning, and employees’ personal development. \n\nAn energetic team of IT experts who are always ready to help and support you. \n\nThe opportunity to train and remain fully conversant with industry developments, including Microsoft technologies. \n\nAn environment that fosters growth and development, and encourages continuous exchange of ideas. \n\nWhat You’ll Do \nAssess, interpret, and document customers’ business and functional requirements. \n\nPrepare estimates on project deliverables. \n\nMonitor project deliverables assigned, ensuring that execution is done within the stipulated timeframes. \n\nLead and mentor junior members in designing and implementing software solutions in line with business and functional requirements, utilising productivity platforms, 3rdparty applications, and / or add-ons.\n\nConfigure, maintain, and upgrade the delivered solutions as and when required.\n\nLead the data extraction process,manipulation,and presentation of this data into the available platforms.\n\nLead the validation of the implemented solutions, checking for adherence to the required usability standards, in line with the customer’s expectations by compiling test plans and executing test cases and scenarios.\n\nLead the execution of User Acceptance activities with customers, and prepare reports communicating outcomes of such activities.\n\nPrepare training material and deliver systems and solutions training to end-users.\n\nProvide support to customers and operate the implemented solutions as required by the respective support agreements.\n\nWork alongside team members to review, maintain, and update appropriate customer-facing documentation.\n\nParticipate in and support commercial activities in collaboration with ICT’s Commercial team.\n\nConsistently provide guidance and support to junior members.\n\nWhat You’ll Need \nTo hold a Bachelor’s degree in computing or an IT-related area. \n\nTo preferably hold related IT industry certifications. \n\nTo have previous experience working on databases and SQL, as well as experience delivering and supporting/operating customer solutions. \n\nTo be passionate about technology with 5+ years of IT-related experience. \n\nTo have a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) as well as software development frameworks and methodologies.\n\nTo have a solid understanding of designing and developing business processes and data models, as well as the ability to use, configure, and support business process automation platforms and database systems.\n\nTo be a strong communicator with the ability to listen actively, translate, and express yourself clearly and concisely in both speech and writing.\n\nTo be detail-oriented whilst possessing exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, as well as having strong time management and collaborative skills.\n\nAn eagerness to provide knowledge transfer and training, ensuring that customers can effectively implement Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.\n\nTo be customer-focused and outgoing, enjoying the frequent interfacing with customers as a way to collaborate during the iterative solution development process.\n\nTo be willing to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, constantly looking for business areas that need optimisation, and to monitor the efficiency of implemented solutions.\n\nTo consider yourself to be an open-minded and self-motivated person, who is very capable of working on your own initiative but also enjoys working as part of a team.\n\nTo share our core values – can do attitude, a desire for continuous learning, and a drive to see yourself and the team succeed.\n\nBenefits You’ll Enjoy \nStudy leave.\n\nCareer growth and personal development support.\n\nHealth insurance.\n\nMobile subscription.\n\nHybrid work.\n\nRegular get-togethers and social activities.\n\nParking benefit by rotation.\n\nRelocation package including relocation assistance.\n\nPlease note that an important requirement of this technical role is the attainment of a Personnel Security Clearance certificate applied for in Malta.
