Mainframe is bij ons geen erfenis, maar een hightech engine die nog tientallen jaren meekan.\nWat ga je doen?\nBeheer en doorontwikkeling van z/OS 2.5 / 3.1 binnen een Parallel Sysplex op IBM z15/z16, met meerdere LPAR’s en Coupling Facility.\n\nInstallatie, upgrade en maintenance via SMP/E (PTF’s, APAR’s, RSU); opstellen van fallback- en rollbackplannen binnen change management.\n\nTunen van WLM, RMF, SMF en GRS om transactie-SLA’s te halen; beheer van DFSMS, DFSMShsm, VSAM en catalog-structuren.\n\nTroubleshooting op laag niveau: dumpanalyse met IPCS, traces via GTF/CTRACE, performance-onderzoek met RMF en Omegamon.\n\nSchrijven en optimaliseren van JCL en REXX; automatisering met System Automation, Zowe en (op termijn) Ansible for z/OS.\n\nSecurity & compliance: RACF-policies, pervasive encryption, AT-TLS, ICSF en sleutelbeheer; sparren met applicatieteams (CICS, DB2, MQ, IMS).\n\nMeedraaien in een 24/7 stand-by rooster (~1 week per 6 weken), met heldere compensatie.\n\nOnze technische stack\nPlatform: IBM z15/z16, LinuxONE, Parallel Sysplex, GDPS, HyperSwap.\n\nOS & subsystemen: z/OS 2.5 / 3.1, z/VM, CICS TS 6.x, DB2 12/13 for z/OS, IMS 15, MQ for z/OS, WebSphere Liberty, z/OS Connect EE.\n\nSecurity & storage: RACF, ICSF, Crypto Express 8S, AT-TLS, MFA for z/OS, DS8950F, TS7770, DFSMS-suite.\n\nDevOps & monitoring: Zowe, Ansible for z/OS, IBM DBB, Jenkins, Git op USS, Omegamon, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana.\n\nTalen & tools: REXX, JCL, ISPF, Assembler (lezen), COBOL (lezen), Python op zCX.\n\nRequirements\nWat vragen wij\nMinimaal 5 jaar ervaring als systeem programmeur of mainframe engineer op z/OS.\n\nDiepgaande kennis van z/OS internals (address spaces, dispatching, virtual storage, IPL-flow, parmlib-concatenations) en vloeiend in JCL en REXX.\n\nErvaring met SMP/E, change management (ITIL/ServiceNow) en het plannen van maintenance windows.\n\nSterke analytische skills en een security-mindset: je weet dat een RACF-profile met UACC(ALTER) geen feature is, maar een bug.\n\nGoede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; je documenteert helder en presenteert je oplossingen overtuigend.\n\nPluspunten: GDPS/HyperSwap, zCX, Ansible for z/OS, Zowe CLI, IBM-certificeringen (System Programmer, RACF, DB2).\n\nHBO werk- en denkniveau;\n\nRelevante werkervaring in een Enterprise-omgeving;\n\nJe weet mensen mee te nemen in jouw oplossingen;\n\nIn Nederland werken.\n\nWat bieden wij\nSalaris € 4.500 - € 6.000 bruto p/m (bij 40 uur), 8% vakantiegeld, lease auto of reiskosten vergoeding.\n\nPensioenregeling;\n\n26 vakantiedagen en een vrije dag op je verjaardag;\n\nHelder loopbaanpad met ontwikkelings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden;\n\nFlexibele werktijden en hybride werken - de balans bepaal jij.\n\nOndersteuning bij je opdracht: wij komen naar jou of jij naar ons.
