Perform skid changeover and line clearance activities.\nVerify that all paperwork is complete and accurate, including traceability.\nAssist with training of new Operators.\nMaintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.\nModel company values and support strategic initiatives.\nThis position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).\nEngage others, promote and participate in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.\nPerform other related duties as assigned or required.\nKnowledge & Skills\nGood Verbal and written communication skills.\nKnowledge/use of computers.\nAdequate fine motor hand coordination required.\nSound judgment for use in product disposition.\nMinimum Qualifications, Education & Experience\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nEducation requirements may be obtained through an educational institution or gained through equivalent work experience.\nLess than 1 year of experience; manufacturing background preferred.\nWork Environment\nWork involves use of manufacturing equipment or close proximity to equipment.
