The role streamlines and automates software development, testing, deployment, and updates while supporting secure, efficient collaboration between development and operations teams.\n\nResponsibilities\nIntroduce processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize the software development life cycle, covering coding, deployment, maintenance, and updates\nApply or develop AI-based tools to allow fast, intelligent responses by the system and provide high effectiveness and efficiency in this role\nCollaborate cross-functionally with IT teams, including engineers and developers, focusing on coding, project management, and planning\nEnsure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats\nBuild and set up new development tools and infrastructure\nUnderstand stakeholder needs and communicate them to developers\nAutomate and enhance development and release processes\nTest and review code written by others and analyze results\nIdentify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes\nWork with developers to ensure adherence to established processes and intended functionality\nParticipate in project planning and management decisions\nIdentify production issues and implement solutions that meet customer requirements\nDevelop software to integrate with internal back-end systems\nCreate scripts to automate visualization\nAttend weekly project meetings, leadership calls, and external client calls as needed\nPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor\n\nSkills\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering\n3-5 years' experience with Google Cloud Platform\nA mentality of being an AI-based tool builder and tool user rather than a doer\nProven experience in requirements elicitation and testing\nStrong teamwork and communication skills\nProficiency in coding and scripting in JavaScript, especially node.js python, SQL\nKnowledge of Elastic, ELK/ELF, NoSQL databases, data lakes/lakehouses, possibly Kafka or Django\nUnderstanding of data pipelining and how pipelines are created/maintained\nAutomation and security skills\nFamiliarity with devOps and agile principles, with a strong focus on process improvement\nUnderstanding application of AI for orchestration\nStrong problem-solving abilities\nExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously\nAttention to detail\nKnowledge of data platforms, data technologies, SaaS, and DaaS\nIn-depth knowledge of the company's products and services\nVertex and other AI functions (algorithms, CoLab, etc.)\nAPI Platform\nCloud Storage\nCloud Run\nVPC Setup\nIAM and Admin\nGCP Security\nKubernetes\nGoogle Cloud Certifications of any kind\n\nCompany Overview\nID Privacy AI: AI-as-a-Service platform delivering custom encrypted models and knowledge bases, keeping enterprise data private and secure.
