Every member of the IYR works to contribute to the Programs and Services in their own way to make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.\nThe shifts are 3x12s one week and 4x12s the next alternating. Thursday through Saturday, alternating Wednesdays.\n9:00 pm to 9:00 am. Any hours from 11pm - 7a will qualify for $1.25 shift differential.\nMust Haves:\nMust be 21 years of age\nMust have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire\nMust possess High School diploma OR equivalent and three years full time experience in a children's residential facility OR an Associate's degree and two years full time experience in a children's residential care facility OR a Bachelor's degree and one year full time experience in a children's residential care facility.\nOur Shift Supervisors:\nLeads up to 20 staff and/or interns assigned to them to provide outstanding care to youth and complete all required tasks\nAssists with on-boarding and training Youth Care Providers\nCarries out duties and tasks in accordance with the program’s standards and procedures and ensures that other direct care staff do the same\nAs a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions.
