We are Talent Pooling for a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team. Job requirements Main Responsibilities Ensure the implementation of an Agile working framework for targeted teams in complex technological environments. Manage and facilitate delivery teams to better collaborate, resolve conflicts and to work towards continuous improvement and value delivery. Oversee daily activities of delivery teams. Allocate resources and workloads according to delivery requirements Facilitate daily stand up or other scrum events. Assist in building well-structured agile practice. Plan, coordinate, organize, and track projects through implementation. Planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc. Continuously learning and educating the development team and fellow Scrum Masters on Agile methodologies and practices. Coach and mentor the delivery teams to increase agile maturity across the company. Build positive and productive relationships with clients and stakeholders for business growth. Analyse and troubleshoot delivery issues. Reporting to clients as well as internal Head of Delivery.
