are Talent Pooling for a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team.\n\nJob requirements\n\nMain Responsibilities\n\nEnsure the implementation of an Agile working framework for targeted teams in complex technological environments.\n\nManage and facilitate delivery teams to better collaborate, resolve conflicts and to work towards continuous improvement and value delivery.\n\nOversee daily activities of delivery teams.\n\nAllocate resources and workloads according to delivery requirements\n\nFacilitate daily stand up or other scrum events.\n\nAssist in building well-structured agile practice.\n\nPlan, coordinate, organize, and track projects through implementation.\n\nPlanning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.\n\nContinuously learning and educating the development team and fellow Scrum Masters on Agile methodologies and practices.\n\nCoach and mentor the delivery teams to increase agile maturity across the company.\n\nBuild positive and productive relationships with clients and stakeholders for business growth.\n\nAnalyse and troubleshoot delivery issues.\n\nReporting to clients as well as internal Head of Delivery.\n\nRequirements\n\n7 years' experience in a similar environment\n\nExcellent communications skills, written and verbal\n\nIn-depth knowledge of software development processes, especially Agile software development\n\nIn depth knowledge of iterative development and continuous delivery\n\nExperience working with and managing multiple delivery teams\n\nExperience delivering complex development projects\n\nExperience working in Scrum\n\nManaging and communicating directly with multiple clients or stakeholders\n\nStrong administration, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and manage time effectively\n\nAble to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nProject Management certifications (PMBOK/ PRINCE2/ Agile Project Management/ Scrum Master)\n\nKnowledge of SAFe methodology and standards a bonus\n\nStrong Proficiency with the Atlassian tool stack, particularly Jira and
