主导过至少1个完整的大模型从训练到落地的项目；\n\n有跨模态模型、多轮对话系统、知识增强模型、数字员工的开发经验者优先。\n\n3、能结合业务场景快速应用Agent相关技术，包括langgraph、open claw、deepseek
