compatibility\nIdentify, document, track, and drive resolution of defects using Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools\nWork closely with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and maintain product quality\nOwn Go-Live readiness, ensuring all features meet quality standards before delivery to clients\nLeverage AI tools to improve test coverage, QA efficiency, and delivery speed\nDefine QA best practices, improve testing processes, and coach junior QA members when required\nRepresent QA quality during client demos, sprint reviews, and delivery checkpoints\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4+ years of QA experience with strong exposure to both web and mobile testing\nProven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment\nStrong understanding of QA methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT, smoke, sanity testing)\nHands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or ClickUp\nExperience with API testing using Postman or Swagger\nExperience with mobile device testing using BrowserStack or Firebase Test Lab\nExcellent documentation, communication, and accountability mindset\nFull ownership of product quality, not just testing tasks\nA
