You'll help build, automate, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our products, working with modern technologies including AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, and AI-enabled engineering tools.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an infrastructure or DevOps engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving platform reliability, and contributing to scalable cloud solutions while continuing to grow their technical expertise.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for our EHS product portfolio.\nDeliver platform engineering initiatives with increasing ownership and autonomy.\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.\nBuild, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines.\nAutomate operational activities through scripting and tooling.\nTroubleshoot platform, infrastructure, and production issues.\nParticipate in incident response and on-call support activities.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.\nCollaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable solutions.\nReview code, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to technical design discussions.\nLeverage AI-powered engineering tools responsibly to improve productivity while validating outputs for quality, security, and accuracy.\nSkills and Experience\nTechnical Skills\nExperience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS services such as:VPC\nIAM\nECS\nRDS\nS3\nLoad Balancers\nCloudWatch\n\nExperience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices\nKnowledge of container technologies and containerized workloads\nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows\nScripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, TLS, routing, and security groups\nExperience implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions\nUnderstanding of cloud security best practices and vulnerability management\nNice to Have\nExposure to Kubernetes\nExperience with Azure cloud technologies\nKnowledge of automated testing frameworks and DevSecOps practices\nAbout Ideagen\nIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
