Benefits - Benefits and Rewards We are seeking a detail-oriented Renewals Manager to support the effective management of customer contracts within a subscription-based environment. This role is responsible for reviewing contract terms, managing renewal timelines, and ensuring customers receive clear and accurate information about their agreements.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret customer contracts to identify renewal dates, terms, conditions, and termination clauses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and renewal activity within CRM or contract management systems
- Proactively contact customers ahead of renewal dates, outlining available options and next steps
- Respond to customer queries regarding contract terms, renewals, and termination processes in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify discrepancies or potential issues within contracts and escalate where appropriate
- Work closely with internal teams, including Legal and Finance, to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management and renewal processes
- Maintain clear records of all customer interactions related to renewals.
