The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver operational excellence, maintain data integrity, and support revenue retention objectives. The position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, sound administrative knowledge, and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.\nResponsibilities\nManage renewal opportunities throughout the entire lifecycle, including Salesforce entry, renewal processing, and ensuring license files are issued accurately and within agreed timelines.\nOversee customer Renewals opportunities management, invoice creation and administration, payment status tracking, and related financial processes.\nAct as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on order processing, support matters, and invoice-related queries.\nIdentify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across internal systems.\nMaintain Salesforce data integrity and process compliance, while supporting sales teams with renewal and order management activities.\nPrepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly reports on revenue performance, sales pipeline, renewals, and churn across business lines.\nSupport customers by responding to enquiries, coordinating internal escalations, and driving issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.\nCoordinating with different stakeholders for customer-related documentation, including renewal agreements, authorization letters, contractual documents, and other business records.\nCreate, process, and track credit notes, ensuring alignment with internal financial systems and controls.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Customer Support teams to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.\nProvide regular and timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficient management of renewal and invoicing activities.\nEnsure all reporting, invoicing, and administrative activities are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies, financial controls, and best practices.\nSupport additional renewals, invoicing, and operational activities as required to meet business objectives.\nSkills and Experience\nExperince of order entry within Salesforce.\nThorough knowledge of accounting concepts, systems, and procedures.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nExperience producing detailed reporting for senior management.\nStrong critical thinking skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research andresolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.\nAbout Ideagen\nIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
