IT Project Manager/Scrum Master (28097)

IDEALFORCE have a Contract position available immediately for a IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our customer inPhoenix,Arizona.. This is an ONSITE position. Manage and integrate assigned projects through all project phases and/or iterations: Initiation (project objectives, project charter, high level estimates); Planning (scope, WBS, resources, schedule, budget, project management plan); Execution (manage & track progress, quality assurance, communication); Control (integrated change control, performance measurement & reporting, quality control, risk management); and Closeout (formal acceptance, lessons learned, documentation. Perform other duties as assigned.

- Extensive familiarity with and successful delivery of various types of software development and software upgrade projects using Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall through all project phases and/or iterations from Initiation to Closeout, including effectively identifying, addressing, and communicating project risk, issues, and constraints (35%)

- Proven release management and technology integration management and coordination ability (20%)

- Demonstrated facilitation and leadership of cross functional teams (25%)

- Ensure relevant process documentation and knowledge transfer completed in assigned projects (20%

-Project Management Certification, Agile Scrum Certification, Six Sigma Certification or equivalent.

-BS/BA Degree in a related field and 5-7 years of experience managing IT-related projects.

-ITIL Certification is a plus.
