consistency through the creation of process templates, mentorship and knowledge sharing.\nStay up to date on third party applications and report on high level functionality, use case, and integration capacity\nFollow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions, make recommendations for R&D\nSome travel to meet with clients and participate in pre-sales engagements may be required\n Maintain target utility 70%\nYour Background Includes\nMinimum 3 years Salesforce certified Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer\nMinimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst\nExtensive experience with Enterprise technology implementations\nUnderstanding of key concepts that support user focused design and design thinking\nProven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems\nExcellent client-facing written and oral communications skills\nPrevious experience collecting and working from user stories preferred\nMinimum 1 year experience using story mapping methodology to capture business requirements\nMinimum 1 years leading CRM implementation project teams\nMinimum 3 years experience utilizing Agile and Waterfall project management methodology\nExperience with data migrations from third party solutions to Salesforce\nDesire to learn new things and
