Trusted by over 2,000,000 users from 300,000 companies globally, we help people run high-stakes processes and make important decisions with less stress, higher quality, and shorter hours.\nIdeals Virtual Data Room (VDR): Secure document sharing and collaboration for due diligence, fundraising, corporate reporting, licensing, clinical trials, and other complex transactions.\nIdeals Board: Board and leadership collaboration platform for faster, safer, and more compliant decision-making.\nThe role\nAs a Senior Product Manager for our Virtual Data Room (VDR), you’ll be responsible for improving the experience of M&A advisors and investment bankers, a strategically important audience with a major impact on deal activity, platform adoption, and long-term business growth.\nBy deeply understanding M&A advisors’ needs, friction points, and growth opportunities, you will turn discovery insights into scalable new features or completely new products that increase engagement, strengthen loyalty, and drive repeatable business impact.\nWorking closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and client-facing teams, you will help shape a product experience that delivers greater value for M&A advisors and supports the continued growth of this audience.\nThis role is open to candidates based in Ukraine, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, or Serbia.\nWhat you will do\nDefine and execute the product strategy for M&A advisors inside the VDR and on adjacent areas, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and company vision\n\nContinuously identify, test, and scale high-impact opportunities that strengthen product-market fit and increase stickiness, loyalty, and repeat product usage among M&A advisors\n\nProactively uncover new product opportunities through structured discovery, leveraging user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, support and feedback analysis, market and competitor research, data deep-dives, experimentation, and close collaboration with stakeholders\n\nPrioritize opportunities and solutions based on user reach, impact, ROI, technical feasibility, and business risk, while maintaining a balanced roadmap that spans innovation, optimization, technical excellence, and cross-functional initiatives\n\nDefine and communicate product requirements through interactive prototypes, well-structured PRDs, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria\n\nCollaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts within cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions\n\nContribute to GTM strategy and work with the marketing team to develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and market success\n\nMeasure success post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback\n\nWhat you bring\n3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments\n\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes\n\nProven experience across the full product lifecycle -
