The\nData Analyst will work with a variety of software applications to ensure timely resolution to open\nissues.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDaily support and maintenance of existing EDI integrations.\nStrong communication skills including the ability to communicate to all levels of personnel.\nActs as a point of contact with internal stake holders on open issues.\nProvide support for internal and external customers for EDI related issues.\nResearch and resolve internal system issues related to EDI transactions.\nMust be an aggressive and self-motivated individual with proficiencies in internal client\nrelations.\nDocument business requirements & revise existing requirements and user documentation\nas needed.\nResponds to requests accurately and in a timely manner.\nPrepare and maintain test data and perform various tests on all EDI processes and prepare all\nrequired documents and evaluate reports and design everyday logs on everyday basis and\ndocument all failed translation processes.\nMonitor and documents all EDI requests and track all applications and participate in IT\nmeetings on weekly basis and monitor progress for same in coordination with EDI Managers\nand plan effective solutions.\nMonitor all EDI file processing and perform troubleshoot on processes to resolve all\ntransaction file issues and perform tests on same and provide support to all client issues\nand maintain documents for all operational procedures according to data requirements.\nParticipate in all system tests and analyze all data and processes and recommend\nimprovements to same and manage all communication with individuals and internal and\nexternal stakeholders and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures.\nAnalyze and resolve all EDI issues in processes and maintain accuracy in all inbound and\noutbound documents and perform troubleshoot on processes and analyze all errors.\nCoordinate with EDI trading partners to resolve all production issues and perform\ntransaction tests and resolve all EDI issues according to specification and maintain all\ntransaction sets appropriately.\nPrepare all documents according to required guidelines and manage all communication\nwith customers and assist to develop all EDI applications.\nEvaluate all business processes and monitor transactions to resolve all lost transactions\nand perform tests on EDI maps.\nPerform other work-related duties as assigned.\n#BúsquedasIT\nRequisitos\nCompetencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in EDI data analysis or similar background.\nMust possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.\nWorking knowledge of x12 transactions 834, 835, 837.\nWorking knowledge of other file formats (flat files).\nCurrent experience with tab delimited and fixed length formats.\nAbility to effectively organize and prioritize work load.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.\nProvide support to all EDI production processes.\nExperience with SFTP, FTP and PGP a strong
