Descripción del puesto Position Summary: The Data Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of EDI transactions with existing trading partners and support to internal customers. The Data Analyst will work with a variety of software applications to ensure timely resolution to open issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Daily support and maintenance of existing EDI integrations. Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate to all levels of personnel. Acts as a point of contact with internal stake holders on open issues. Provide support for internal and external customers for EDI related issues. Research and resolve internal system issues related to EDI transactions. Must be an aggressive and self-motivated individual with proficiencies in internal client relations. Document business requirements & revise existing requirements and user documentation as needed. Responds to requests accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain test data and perform various tests on all EDI processes and prepare all required documents and evaluate reports and design everyday logs on everyday basis and document all failed translation processes.
