production, with the ability to lead a creative team and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Develop and implement creative strategies that align with organisational goals and project objectives.\n\n Lead the development of creative concepts, campaigns, and communication materials.\n\n Oversee content production, including graphics, videos, photography, and digital storytelling.\n\n Provide creative direction and ensure consistency across the organisation's communication channels.\n\n Manage and coordinate creative teams, freelancers, and external vendors.\n\n Collaborate with project, communications, and programme teams to develop innovative campaign ideas.\n\n Review and approve creative outputs to ensure quality, originality, and timely delivery.\n\n Stay informed about emerging creative trends, digital tools, and communication technologies.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\n Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.\n\n Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in a creative,d media, advertising, or communications role.\n\n Demonstrated experience in creative direction, campaign development, and content production.\n\n Strong portfolio showcasing previous creative projects and campaigns.\n\n Proficiency in relevant creative tools and software.\n\n Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.\n\n Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.\n\n Strong storytelling, conceptualisation, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nRemuneration\n\nSalary starts from ₦350,000 monthly, depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated
