The environment is agile, flexible, and highly iterative-you’ll be expected to move quickly, adapt as requirements evolve, and streamline the development lifecycle.\nThis role is open to remote candidates located in Kansas.\nA Day in the Life\nYour day may begin with a conversation with a manager or stakeholder to understand a business problem or new software need. From there, you’ll define the approach, use AI-assisted development tools to build an initial solution, test the output, and iterate based on feedback.\nThroughout the day, you may be developing a new internal tool, enhancing an existing application, validating AI-generated code, troubleshooting an integration, or working directly with a stakeholder to refine requirements. You’ll balance speed with sound technical judgment-knowing when an AI-generated solution is ready to move forward and when it needs further review or refinement.\nThis isn’t a role built around long development cycles or rigid processes.
