# Wireless Technician

Description Do you enjoy hands-on technical work, solving problems in the field, and helping customers stay connected? Are you comfortable working independently while delivering a professional, positive customer experience? IdeaTek is looking for a Wireless Technician to support our growing wireless network throughout Wichita, El Dorado, Andover, and surrounding communities. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted field resource for residential and business customers, combining technical skill, sound judgment, and strong customer service to help deliver a reliable experience. A Day in the Life You’ll spend most of your day in the field completing wireless installations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and performing repairs at residential and business locations. You may install service drops, configure gateways and WiFi equipment, climb ladders, operate a bucket truck, or work through a service issue directly with a customer. Every stop is a little different, so you’ll need to be adaptable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently while keeping customers informed along the way.
