As part of our Executive Team, you will work alongside the Management Board to shape the company’s direction, with full accountability for engineering goals and results.\n\nOur perks\n\nWork area.\nAssessing teams and projects, building a leadership structure and establishing clear ownership across technical areas.\nOverseeing project delivery and the PM team, ensuring high-quality client relationships and proactively addressing issues.\nLeading technical presales and contributing to projects as an architect or tech lead.\nImplementing and developing our AI SDLC methodology for clients and supporting its sales.\nDefining the company’s technology direction: tools, technologies and engineering standards.\nSupporting the design team in building design systems and partnering with the Growth Director on brand and visibility initiatives.\nWymagania\nTechnical background:\n10+ years of experience in IT, including hands-on technical work, with a career path from developer to architect or CTO level.\n5+ years in a management role, including managing other leaders.\nPractical experience implementing AI in the software development process (AI SDLC) and the ability to turn new AI developments into real project practice.\nPresales experience, providing technical support throughout the entire process.\nBusiness and leadership skills:\nSales experience and a solid understanding of project finances: rates, margins and profitability.\nExperience in recruiting and developing teams, including giving feedback and handling difficult conversations.\nAbility to delegate effectively and build a strong leadership team.\nExperience working with clients of various sizes, from startups to enterprise organizations.\nFull commitment and accountability for your own results and those of your team.\nReadiness to work in an organization going through change and growth.\nNice to have\nExperience with Data projects and Python, which make up a significant part of our
