Learn more here.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the finance leader and primary financial business partner for the Enrollment & Verification business line.\nLead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and financial modeling; develop assumptions, consolidate business inputs, analyze actual results against plan and forecast, and communicate material variances, risks, and opportunities.\nOversee financial reporting and close activities, including monthly close, annual close, audits, and management reporting.\nProvide clear financial analysis, trend reporting, and recommendations to business leaders and executive stakeholders, including the CEO when appropriate.\nManage and provide financial oversight for a business of approximately $200 million in annual revenue.\nDevelop forecasts and performance models for a volume-driven business with transaction fees, third-party costs, and service delivery expenses.\nTranslate financial data into practical business insights and clearly explain the story behind the numbers.\nChallenge the status quo and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve finance processes.\nImprove the accuracy, consistency, and usability of management reporting.\nPartner with business leaders on investment decisions, resource planning, pricing, profitability, and business cases.\nEstablish and monitor internal controls for assets, capital investments, costs, liquidity, and financial reporting, and maintain effective financial governance across the Enrollment & Verification business line.\nLead, coach, and develop a finance organization of approximately 7 to 9 direct reports.\nDelegate effectively while remaining actively involved in complex analysis, problem-solving, and key deliverables.\nBuild strong working relationships across finance, operations, and business leadership.\nPromote a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and learning.\nQualifications\nThe strongest candidates will bring a combination of broad finance leadership experience, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to work alongside the team.\nRequired Experience and Capabilities\nApproximately 10 to 15 years of progressive finance experience, including significant experience supporting business operations.\nStrong experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.\nDemonstrated P&L leadership or ownership within a complex business.\nExperience overseeing financial reporting, monthly and annual close activities, and audit support.\nAbility to identify trends, investigate financial issues, and uncover the underlying drivers behind business performance.\nExperience presenting financial analysis and recommendations to senior executives.\nDemonstrated ability to simplify reporting, improve processes, and introduce automation.\nStrong business-partnering skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge assumptions and influence decisions.\nExperience leading and developing finance professionals while remaining actively involved in the work.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate proactively and make complex financial information understandable.\nHigh level of accountability, integrity, and follow-through.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within a services-based, transaction-driven, or high-volume business.\nExperience managing financial models involving transaction fees, third-party costs, and service delivery costs.\nBackground in pricing, revenue recognition, accounting, controllership, business cases, or M&A analysis.\nExperience working in an international or globally connected organization.\nExperience with TM1, Anaplan, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or comparable financial planning and accounting systems.\nCPA, MBA, or another relevant advanced credential.\nExperience working with government contracts or program finance may be helpful but is not required.\nNote to third-party recruiters: IDEMIA Public Security does not work with third-party recruiters absent a signed agreement and will treat any resumes submitted without a signed agreement as the property of IDEMIA Public Security.
