The intern will be an integral member of the HR team and will provide administrative support to staff. In this role, interns will have the opportunity to learn and assist in corporate human resources operations, including but not limited to record keeping, employee relations, and employee communications.\nA successful candidate will have exceptional time management, organizational, communication skills, and the ability to identify employee related issues and assist in their resolution. They will be looking to gain Project Management experience.\nResponsibilities (include but are not limited to):\nProvide support for general or department-specific administration of human resources processes and efforts\nEmbrace company culture, values, and provide support to Business Unit (BU) Human Resources (HR) department team\nAssist with staff with training and development initiatives\nPrepare reports and monitor data\nCompile and update employee records\nProcess documentation and prepare reports for personnel activities\nQualifications\nPosition Requirements:\nYou are a college junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources Administration, or a related field\nMust be authorized to work in the US\nProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nBasic knowledge of labor laws\nExcellent organizational skills\nStrong communications skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or other relevant human resources/administrative role or internship\nPassion for innovative technologies and security/identity related issues\nImportant Dates:\nStart Date: May 17, 2027\nEnd Date: Aug 6, 2027\nNote: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.\nIDEMIA is an equal opportunity employer.
