Learn more here.\nResponsibilities\nProvide friendly and professional first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. \nTroubleshoot basic hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues under the guidance of senior IT staff. \nAssist with installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. \nSupport user account management activities, including password resets and account access requests. \nHelp prepare equipment and accounts for new employee onboarding and assist with offboarding activities. \nTrack, update, and document support requests in the IT ticketing system. \nAssist with maintaining inventory records for company technology assets. \nCreate and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and end-user guides. \nParticipate in IT projects, device deployments, software rollouts, and technology refresh initiatives. \nLearn and follow company security, privacy, and compliance policies while handling technology and user information.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. \nStrong interest in technology and eagerness to learn. \nExcellent customer service and communication skills. \nBasic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. \nAbility to troubleshoot problems logically and work collaboratively within a team. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nImportant Dates:\nStart
