Learn more here.\nResponsibilities\nThe Treasury Intern will support the Treasury team with daily cash management, financial reporting, banking administration, and analytical projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate treasury operations while giving the intern opportunities to improve existing reports, develop new reporting tools, analyze financial data, and support projects that may have application beyond the US.Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts, including balances and transaction activity.\nAssist with monitoring wire transfers, EFTs, and foreign exchange transactions in support of the organization’s liquidity needs.\nSupport the preparation and monitoring of global cash flow forecasts.\nMonitor daily cash collections and partner with Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Applications, and other Finance teams to help ensure transactions are accurately reported and recorded.\nAssist with cash flow analysis and prepare insights or recommendations for management.\nSupport current account interest calculation and related analysis.\nMaintain banking documentation, including bank account records and Delegation of Authority information.\nAssist with requests from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Applications, and Audit teams.\nSupport ad hoc financial and treasury analysis requested by management.\nHelp standardize global treasury reporting and data.\nEvaluate and improve existing reports and assist in developing new reporting tools and dashboards.\nSupport banking-user and corporate-card-user data cleanup and administration.\nParticipate in special projects designed to improve Treasury processes, reporting, and data quality.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of finance and financial concepts.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel with an interest in using data for analysis and reporting.\nInterest in using Copilot and other AI tools to support analysis and productivity.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to organize information and translate analysis into clear, professional presentations.\nDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious internship, coursework, or exposure to banking, corporate finance, accounting, or treasury operations.\nFamiliarity with treasury management
