You will oversee a mix of business events, tradeshows and ministerial activity, including short-notice commissions, and keep delivery consistent from one project to the next. You will turn client priorities into clear delivery plans, keep the account well run and commercially sound, and look for practical ways to grow the relationship. When the account has capacity, you will also support other client accounts and new business across Identity.\nSkills and Experience\nExperience leading a client account or programme of events within an agency, events or professional services environment.\nExperience working with public sector or high-profile stakeholders, with good judgement around governance, approvals and reputational risk.\nOversight of multiple concurrent projects, ideally including international, ministerial, VIP, tradeshow or business events.\nSound commercial experience, including forecasting, budget control and change management.\nClear written and verbal communication, adapted for senior clients, project teams and suppliers.\nStrong organisation, with calm, practical decision-making when requirements change.\nCollaborative leadership, with the confidence to challenge constructively.\nKey Accountabilities\nAct as the client's main day-to-day contact, building relationships across teams, overseas posts and stakeholders.\nAgree objectives, scope, timelines and budget at the start of each commission.\nEscalate risks and issues promptly, respecting client ownership of ministerial, policy and security decisions.\nManage the account event schedule, status reporting and short-notice requests.\nOversee project delivery with Event Directors, keeping work on brief, on time and on budget.\nMake sure client brand, data-handling and compliance requirements are built into delivery.\nManage forecasting, budgets, invoicing, change control and contract reporting with Commercial and Finance.\nGrow the account through a clear development plan, renewals and proposals.\nLead and coach the core account team, coordinating colleagues across the agency.\nSupport other accounts, pitches and new business when client commitments allow.\nEmbrace and champion Identity’s values and behaviours.\nAll other duties appropriate to the role.\nMeasures of success\nClient has clear visibility of status, risks, decisions and budgets across every active commission.\nProjects are delivered against agreed objectives, timelines, quality standards and approved budgets.\nThe account retains existing work
