The ideal candidate should combine strong UI/UX expertise with product thinking, AI-driven design, automation, design systems, and conversion optimization.\nThe role will focus on transforming complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences while working closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and Business teams.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end product design for SaaS, web, and mobile applications.\nDesign scalable and user-friendly experiences for complex business workflows, including Shopify, accounting, billing, and GST-related products.\nBuild and maintain design systems, UI standards, and reusable design components.\nCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.\nUse AI tools and automation to improve design workflows, research, prototyping, and product experiences.\nCollaborate with Product, Development, QA, Marketing, and Business teams to convert requirements into effective design solutions.\nConduct usability research and identify product friction and opportunities for improvement.\nWork on CRO and conversion optimization for product journeys, landing pages, and e-commerce experiences.\nAnalyze user behavior and product metrics to improve activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention.\nMentor designers and maintain consistency across product experiences.\nStay updated with emerging AI, UX, SaaS, automation, and product design trends.\nSkills & Requirements\n5+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design, with experience leading design projects.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Figma, UX, UI, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.\nExperience designing Shopify, SaaS, enterprise, web, or mobile products.\nStrong understanding of user-centered design and product thinking.\nExperience with AI-powered design tools, AI-driven UX, or workflow automation.\nUnderstanding of CRO, conversion funnels, onboarding, and product growth.\nExperience working with complex workflows and simplifying user experiences.\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\nGood English communication skills -
