We’re seeking a forward-thinking, hands-on Human Resources Generalist to join our team.\nIn this role, you’ll provide broad HR support and collaborate with colleagues across the HR team and the business. You’ll be a trusted “go-to” partner who can manage detailed reporting, support employee programs, and help drive key HR initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, validate, and maintain headcount and other workforce reports for Finance and Accounting.\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze HR reports and dashboards; identify trends and ensure data accuracy.\nAdminister employee benefits programs, including enrollments, eligibility, vendor coordination, and employee communications.\nSupport the company’s 401(k) plan administration, including enrollment, employee questions, vendor coordination, and required reporting.\nAssist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures and programs.\nCoordinate international HR activities and work with internal teams and external partners to support employees across multiple locations.\nCollaborate with the HR team and business partners to plan and deliver HR projects.\nLead and support mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence, planning, and integration activities.\nManage multiple priorities and special projects, adjusting as business needs evolve.\nMaintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR data.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nQualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\nAt least five years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with exposure to benefits, retirement plans, HR reporting, or international HR.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting. Experience creating recurring reports or dashboards is a plus.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and benefits or 401(k) administration platforms is preferred.\nAbility to use sound judgment and make practical recommendations consistent with company policies, established practices, and applicable laws.\nStrong analytical skills and close attention to detail, particularly when working with employee data and reports.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.\nA collaborative, adaptable approach and the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.Top o\nBottom of FormAn Equal Opportunity Employer -
