project schedules, milestones, sprint activities, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.\n\n- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\n\n- Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.\n\n- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and take corrective action to keep delivery on track.\n\n- Use AI tools within project workflows to improve productivity and execution efficiency.\n\n- Maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and delivery updates using tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.\n\n- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and deliverables.\n\n- Support resource planning and team coordination across project phases.\n\n- Mentor team members and encourage continuous improvement in project delivery practices.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\n- 10+ years of project management experience, with prior experience delivering AI-driven projects being essential.\n\n- At least 6 years of end-to-end enterprise software project management experience.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Hands-on experience using AI tools in project management workflows.\n\n- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or similar project management tools.\n\n- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Experience in risk management, budget planning, resource allocation, and project scheduling.\n\n- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.\n\n- A delivery-focused approach with the ability to manage priorities and drive projects to completion.\nSkills\nProject
