We are looking for a Power BI Engineer with strong expertise in dashboard development, data visualization, DAX, SQL, and data modelling. In this role, you will transform complex business data into clear, actionable insights by developing scalable dashboards and semantic models. You will work across data preparation, modelling, reporting, and deployment to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that translate complex business data into actionable insights.\n\n- Build and manage Power BI semantic models to support business reporting and decision-making.\n\n- Write advanced DAX calculations, including measures, calculated columns, and time intelligence functions.\n\n- Use Power Query for data preparation, transformation, and shaping.\n\n- Write and optimize SQL queries, including joins, common table expressions (CTEs), and stored procedures.\n\n- Work with PostgreSQL and SQL Server to retrieve, process, and analyse data.\n\n- Design and maintain data models using star schema, dimensional modelling, and appropriate relationships.\n\n- Work with Power BI Service to support report deployment and ongoing reporting requirements.\n\n- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance across dashboards and models.\n\n- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.\n\n- Manage solutions end-to-end, from requirements gathering and development to deployment and ongoing support.\n\n- Work with relevant tools and technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Git, and cloud data sources.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\n- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and dashboard creation.\n\n- Strong experience with Power BI Service and data visualization.\n\n- Advanced proficiency in DAX, including measures, calculated columns, and time intelligence.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and preparation.\n\n- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, CTEs, stored procedures, and query optimization.\n\n- Experience working with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.\n\n- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, including star schema, dimensional modelling, relationships, and semantic models.\n\n- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Git, and cloud data sources.\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality, consistency, and report performance.\n\n- Ability to take BI solutions from requirements through
