Founded in 1959 and based in Farmington, Connecticut, Mott develops breakthrough technologies for demanding applications and is positioned for significant growth over the next five years.\nPosition Summary: This role supports strong customer relationships by delivering responsive service, resolving issues quickly, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as a primary contact for customers and the Sales team, ensuring timely and professional communication.\n\nBuild and maintain customer relationships through regular outreach, issue resolution, and proactive support.\n\nCoordinate with Quality, Operations, Shipping, and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately.\n\nSupport inbound RFQs by providing catalog, contract, and price-list information.\n\nReview and resolve contract discrepancies, pricing questions, and customer documentation issues.\n\nIdentify process improvements that strengthen customer service, response time, and account support.\n\nRequired Experienceand Qualifications:\n5-7 years of customer service, order entry, or account support experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience reviewing contracts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customer RFQs.\n\nWorking knowledge of ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office, customer portals, and business data analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with manufacturing operations, including inventory, shipping, vendor coordination, and customer specifications.\n\nAbility to partner with customers, engineers, management, and internal teams to support account growth and service improvements.\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\n\nPreferredAttributes:\nSelf-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.\n\nProfessional communicator who builds constructive cross-functional relationships.\n\nAdaptable, goal-oriented, and able to learn quickly in a changing environment.\n\nCompensation and Benefits: Competitive package including base salary, bonus opportunity, 401(k) match, and equity.\nAre you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?\nTotal Rewards\nThe compensation range for this position is $69,200.00 - $103,800.00, depending on experience.
