The right candidate will bring strong project management discipline, a sense of urgency, and the ability to hold internal stakeholders accountable for actions, decisions, and milestone completion across a wide range of business-critical projects.\nJob Summary\nThe Program Manager - Energy Transition is responsible for leading through influence and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing ramp-up, production transfers, quality investigations, cost reduction, and product development within our largest and fastest-growing business segment. As the Energy Transition segment continues to scale rapidly, this role will bring structure, discipline, and accountability to critical initiatives across the global organization.
