Customer Support Representative

In this role, you'll partner closely with veterinary clinics and hospitals, providing support, guidance, and solutions that help customers maximize the value of IDEXX products and services. You'll play an important role in driving customer satisfaction, growing business relationships, and supporting the continued success of our diagnostic solutions.

What You'll Do

• Build strong partnerships with veterinary practices and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend diagnostic solutions that support their clinical and business goals.
• Promote and support IDEXX diagnostic instruments, tests, services, and reference laboratory offerings.
• Drive growth through new customer acquisition and development of existing accounts.
• Educate and train veterinary clinic teams on IDEXX products, services, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate support when needed.
• Maintain a high level of technical and industry knowledge to effectively support customers.
• Represent IDEXX's mission, values, and commitment to customer success in every interaction.
• Support territory planning, account management, and sales administration activities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Cantonese language - as the role requires this incumbent to liaise directly with Hong Kong local clients that speak only Cantonese.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and manage customer relationships.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience achieving business, sales, or customer success objectives.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer and business data.
• Veterinary industry or veterinary diagnostics experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
