You will also provide administrative support to the VP's direct reports and the team based at our Zug, Switzerland office. This is a full-time hybrid role, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite and occasional flexibility for European travel and time zones.\nOur commercial teams are the link between IDEXX innovation and the veterinary clinics and pet owners who rely on it. By taking care of the details, you give the Vice President more time to lead people, support customers and drive growth across Europe, at the center of a collaborative, international team.\nIn this role:\nYou will manage the Vice President's calendar, resolve conflicts and protect time for the decisions and customer conversations that matter most. \nYou'll stay one step ahead by following the business rhythm (leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, planning cycles) so your VP is always prepared. \nYou'll plan international travel, prepare Concur expense reports and coordinate leadership meetings, customer visits and offsites. \nYour day-to-day will include preparing agendas, briefing materials, presentations and meeting notes, using AI-based tools to draft and summarize accurately and confidentially. \nYou'll partner with the European leadership team, Finance and fellow administrative professionals, and handle contracts for approval (including DocuSign) and sensitive information with discretion. \nYou'll take on varied projects and be the go-to person for a fast-paced, international team. \nWhat you need to succeed:\n5 years of administrative experience supporting senior or executive leaders \nExcellent organization and time management, with the ability to juggle changing priorities \nExceptional written and spoken English at executive level \nSound judgment and discretion with confidential information \nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and video conferencing \nA proactive, solution-focused approach and confidence making decisions independently \nExperience arranging international travel and using Concur or a similar expense system \nWhat you can expect from us:\nSalary range: CHF 85,000 - 95,000 / year \nOpportunity for annual cash bonus \nRetirement/pension contribution paid by IDEXX \n25-30 days holidays / year \nConvenient access to public transportation \nOn the job training and career advancement opportunities \nAdditional benefits including but not limited to financial support, gym benefits, wellness resources, volunteer paid days off, bike plan, foundation donation matching, and much more! \nWhy IDEXX:\nWe're proud of the work we do, because our work matters.
