Your work grows the business, and it also raises the standard of care for animals in the communities you serve.\nIn the role of Inside Sales Associate - Bilingual:\nYou will present IDEXX's values to our customers in a professional manner, including an understanding of our industry, veterinary practice, customers, technology, operations and processes.\n\nFocus on a consultative selling approach to help practices grow their diagnostic revenue with IDEXX as a high value partner.\n\nUse discovery to make recommendations and generate leads/opportunities within your existing customer base leading to an overall increase in the territory revenue.\n\nHelp build customer loyalty through the effective use of IDEXX products & services including in-house diagnostic solutions, rapid assay and reference laboratory testing in the customer's practice.\n\nCollaborate with your field sales colleagues to increase the diagnostic utilization and revenue growth year over year in your region.\n\nYou will use Salesforce.com to maintain accurate customer profiles and interactions.\n\nWhat you need to succeed?\nMust be fluent in both French (preferably Quebecois French) and English.\n\nBasic experience in direct telephone or customer face-to-face sales (1-2 years).\n\nDiagnostic sales preferred.\n\nPrevious experience managing a sales pipeline highly preferred.\n\nHighly motivated and goal-oriented, while working collaboratively within a team.\n\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.\n\nBe able to build strong customer and peer partnerships that allow you to gain confidence and trust from others easily.\n\nAbility to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment and make quality, timely decisions.\n\nEffective listening skills that are utilized to discover customer needs to adapt your approach and demeanor to different situations.\n\nComputer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook).\n\nUnderstanding of the veterinary diagnostic market and experience in healthcare or scientific industry is a plus.\n\nBachelor's degree in a business or scientific discipline is a plus.\n\nWhat you can expect from us:\nHourly rate of $28.00+/hr based on experience & ability to earn quarterly commission.\n\nHealth / Dental / Vision Benefits Day-One\n\n5% matching 401k\n\nAdditional benefits including but not limited to financial support, pet insurance, mental health resources, volunteer paid days off, employee stock program, foundation donation matching, and much more\n\nWhy IDEXX\nWe’re proud of the work we do because our work matters.
