This position supports the manager in managing end-to-end logistics operations at the Taiwan 3PL warehouse and provides daily operational support for the Reference Lab LOB across the Taiwan region. The role ensures efficient inbound/outbound coordination, accurate inventory and system transactions, compliant documentation, and stable service delivery to meet business and customer requirements.\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \n1. Import/Export & Customs Clearance\nPrepare and manage import/export documentation and customs declarations\nCoordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant parties\nEnsure compliance with local regulations and timely clearance of shipments\n2. Return & Repair Logistics Management\nHandle return shipments of defective instruments and spare parts\nCoordinate with headquarters or repair centers for logistics arrangements\nTrack and monitor return and repair status\n3. Warehouse & Inventory Management\nOversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, storage management)\nMaintain and adjust inventory records in the system\nExecute inventory write-off (scrap) procedures\nConduct month-end inventory counts and discrepancy analysis\n4. Reporting & Cost Control\nPrepare and verify logistics-related reports\nManage expense applications, billing reconciliation, and issue resolution\nSupport cost control and optimization initiatives\n5. Local Procurement & Replenishment\nHandle local purchasing of goods and coordinate with suppliers\nPlan and manage inventory replenishment based on demand\n6. Issue Resolution & Customer Complaints Handling\nManage logistics-related issues, including:Damaged goods during transportation\nShort shipments\nIncorrect deliveries\n\nCoordinate with internal teams and logistics providers to investigate and resolve issues\nProvide timely updates and solutions to customers\n7. Day-to-Day Operations for Reference Lab - Taiwan Region\nVerification of shipping documents for exportation\nUpdate daily tracker to make sure shipment arrival on time without delay\nTo be the main point of contact between internal and external stakeholders which includes shipment pick-up arrangements, following up on shipment status and be the point of escalation when there is any delay\nArranging inbound shipments for lab consumables and packaging materials for exportation\nWork closely with Import/Export Team on regulatory procedures\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor degree or above (Logistics, Business, or related fields preferred)\nEXPERIENCE:\n4+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in logistics, warehouse, or import/export operation.\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nBasic English reading and writing skills\nStrong computer skills with Microsoft including Word, Excel and Power-Point.\nGood time management and teamwork spirit\nHigh willingness to take new challenge and work under pressure\nSAP experience is a plus.\nDetail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling\nStrong communication and coordination skills\nProblem-solving ability with a proactive mindset\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nNormal office environment\nWHY IDEXX?\nWe’re proud of the work we do, because our work matters.
