You’ll work at the laboratory bench and production line on a technically focused team. You’ll follow standard protocols, prepare materials, and use data to help make sound process and quality decisions. This is an entry-level role. Autonomy and complexity grow with experience.\nIn this role:\nPerform nanoparticle coating operations according to standard procedures and batch records.\nPrepare coating solutions, reagents, and buffers. Verify materials and equipment are ready.\nRun in-process and final-product checks. Collect, analyze, and document data, and flag deviations or trends.\nRecord manufacturing activities accurately and on time in line with GDP and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain, set up, and order supplies for equipment and the work area, keeping it clean, safe, and organized.\nWork with Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, and Product Support to keep production efficient and troubleshoot process issues.\nReport process problems promptly. Suggest ideas to improve yield, consistency, and workflow.\nStay current on products, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
