This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a balance of computer-based inventory transactions and hands-on warehouse work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and continuous learning through cross-training opportunities.\nIn this role:\nYou will receive inbound shipments using warehouse management systems and computer-based inventory tools, ensuring products are accurately entered into inventory.\nYou will verify incoming products against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipment documentation while maintaining accurate inventory records.\nYou will unload received product and safely transport inventory throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment.\nYou will operate reach trucks, dock stockers, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and store materials safely and efficiently.\nYou will put away received inventory into designated warehouse locations while maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.\nYou will use RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and other computerized systems to track inventory movement, confirm transactions, and maintain accurate records.\nYou will support picking, packing, labeling, loading, and shipping activities as needed to support operational priorities.\nYou will verify item numbers, product descriptions, quantities, and inventory transactions to ensure accuracy throughout the receiving and distribution process.\nYou will perform clerical and administrative inventory functions associated with receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.\nYou will collaborate with warehouse team members, inventory personnel, and leadership to support daily operational goals and changing business needs.\nYou will maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following established operational and safety procedures.\nYou will participate in cross-training across receiving, inventory, clerical, and warehouse functions to support operational flexibility and team success.\nWhat you need to succeed:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).\nAt least 2 years of warehouse, distribution, receiving, or inventory control experience (required).\nExperience receiving inventory and processing inbound shipments using computerized inventory or warehouse management systems (required).\nStrong computer skills, including experience working within inventory management, warehouse management, or ERP systems (required).\nAt least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and powered industrial equipment, including reach trucks and dock stockers (required).\nExperience using RF scanners and computerized inventory tracking systems (required).\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with team members and leadership (required).\nStrong attention to detail with experience accurately reviewing inventory transactions, quantities, product descriptions, and shipment documentation (required).\nAbility to balance clerical responsibilities with hands-on warehouse and material handling activities (required).\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment (required).\nCoachable, adaptable, and open to cross-training and continuous improvement opportunities (required).\nFluent in English for both verbal and written communication (required).\nComfortable working from varying heights while operating warehouse equipment and performing inventory tasks (required).\nAble to meet the physical and environmental requirements of working in a warehouse setting, including extended standing and sitting, frequent computer use, lifting up to 50-70 lbs., and working near moving industrial equipment and in varying temperature environments (required).\nSchedule:\nMonday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.\nShifts and hours may vary slightly based on business needs.\nReliable attendance is essential to supporting operational continuity and customer commitments.\nWhat You Can Expect From Us:\nAn hourly rate target of $21.00 / hour based on experience, plus an additional $1.00 per hour after successful completion of our forklift training \nOpportunity for annual cash bonus \nOpportunity for performance based annual merit increase \nHealth / Dental / Vision Benefits Day-One \n5% matching 401k \nGenerous PTO benefits \n10 paid holidays per year \nSafe location in a modern environment \nTemperature controlled work environment \n$500 towards diagnostics for your pets \nAdditional benefits including but not limited to financial support, mental health resources, wellness resources, volunteer paid days off, foundation donation matching, and much more! \nWhy IDEXX:\nWe’re proud of the work we do, because our work matters.
