You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Europe to deliver exceptional customer experiences, support business growth, and drive successful implementations of new products and services.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned corporate and strategic veterinary accounts across Europe.\nBuild, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust, collaboration, and business value.\nSupport customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they achieve their objectives while maximizing adoption of IDEXX software solutions.\nManage customer escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective and timely resolutions.\nPartner with Sales, Technical Support, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.\nSupport software implementations, customer onboarding activities, and project delivery across strategic accounts.\nDevelop growth plans for existing customers through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.\nAssist with contract renewals, pricing discussions, rebate programs, and commercial negotiations.\nMonitor account performance against customer and business objectives and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.\nManage incoming commercial opportunities from independent veterinary groups and key customers.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nFluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).\n2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or B2B sales.\nProven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence decision-makers.\nStrong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdditional language skills, particularly German, are highly desirable.\nExperience within SaaS, software, healthcare technology, veterinary, or related industries.\nExposure to managing strategic or enterprise-level customers.\nExperience leading initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.\nWhy Join IDEXX?\nAt IDEXX Veterinary Software, we are helping veterinary professionals simplify workflows, connect critical information, and deliver better care for animals worldwide.
