Backend Engineer - Gen AI

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and robust back-end applications using Python, Node.js, Golang or any other asynchronous programming language.
• Drive back-end architecture decisions, lead code reviews, and establish back-end async programming best practices.
• Lead back-end development projects and contribute to the strategic planning of technology stacks and development tools.
• Work with front end, data scientists, data engineers, ML engineers, and SDEs to develop model development and productisation.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code with design patterns.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the Full Stack ecosystem and emerging technologies, primarily React and Python.
• Adhere to security and PII best practices in a back-end development environment.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of backend and frontend end-to-end implementation.
