You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to develop analytical models, automate reporting, and generate actionable insights for treasury strategy and performance.\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nTreasury Analytics and Financial Modelling: \nAnalyze liquidity, funding, investment portfolios, interest rate risk, and treasury profitability.\nDevelop analytical models for liquidity forecasting, deposit behavior, and runoff analysis.\nWork on Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Cost of Funds (CoF), and Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB) analytics.\nSupport balance sheet optimization, yield analysis, funding strategies, and portfolio performance measurement.\nAnalyze deal-level, product-level, and portfolio-level data to identify risks and opportunities.\n\nData Analytics and Reporting: \nUse SQL, Python, PySpark, and Tableau to extract, transform, analyze, and visualize financial data.\nBuild dashboards covering liquidity ratios, funding mix, asset-liability gaps, NIM, spreads, duration, and treasury performance.\nAutomate Treasury MIS, regulatory reporting, and management dashboards.\nPerform quantitative analysis and deliver actionable business insights.\n\nBusiness Analysis and Stakeholder Management: \nPartner with Treasury Front Office, Mid Office, ALM, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to understand business requirements.\nTranslate complex treasury requirements into scalable analytical solutions.\nIndependently manage analytics workstreams from requirement gathering through implementation.\nPresent analytical findings, business recommendations, and performance insights to stakeholders.\nMaintain data lineage, documentation, controls, and governance standards in line with audit and regulatory requirements.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong working knowledge ofBanking Treasury, ALM, liquidity management, fixed income, or financial markets.\nHands-on experience in SQL and data analytics, with exposure to Python, PySpark, and Tableau.\nExperience working with treasury-related datasets, financial modelling, dashboards, or reporting frameworks.\nUnderstanding of liquidity forecasting, FTP, CoF, IRRBB, or balance sheet analytics.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.\nExcellent business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nExperience in banking, treasury, risk, or financial analytics functions.\nYou're a data-driven business analyst with strong banking or treasury domain expertise.\nYou understand ALM, liquidity, FTP, IRRBB, or treasury portfolio analytics beyond basic reporting.\nYou're comfortable working hands-on with SQL, Python, and analytical dashboards.\nYou can translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.\nYou can independently own analytics initiatives and work with senior Treasury, Finance, and Risk stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA (Finance), M. Tech, M.
