delivery\nData consistency, completeness, and refresh frequency\nStakeholder adoption and satisfaction with analytics solutions\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years of experience in analytics, scorecard development, or credit risk analytics.\nStrong expertise in SQL, including joins, aggregations, and advanced data handling techniques.\nHands-on experience with Python and/or PySpark for analytics and data processing.\nStrong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analytical workflows.\nAbility to communicate complex analytical findings to business and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience in BFSI, lending, or credit risk analytics domains.\nExposure to large-scale data environments and automation frameworks.\nUnderstanding of statistical
