coding and architecture.\nProven experience leading technical initiatives without moving away from development.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence architecture and engineering decisions.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills: \nJava/Go, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and/or Golang.\nMicroservices Architecture and REST API Development.\nDistributed Systems and Event-Driven Architecture.\nKafka / Messaging Platforms.\nSQL and NoSQL Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB).\nCloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).\nDocker, Kubernetes, Containerization.\nCI/CD Pipelines, Git, DevOps Automation.\nSystem Design, Scalability, and Performance Engineering.\nAPI Security, OAuth, JWT, Authentication, and Authorization.\nSkills\nGo, Golang, Java, Microservices, Spring, Spring
