This role is focused on ensuring high-quality testing across the entire Credit Card application landscape, including AEM front ends, mobile apps, external integrations, and platforms such as Mule, SFDC CC, Posidex, Poshvine, CIBIL, Hunter, and PAN. The ideal candidate will play a key role in validating end-user requirements and delivering robust, reliable solutions through manual and API testing.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nPerform day-to-day testing across the Credit Card application ecosystem.\nExecute manual testing using boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning techniques.\nConduct API testing with a strong understanding of validation concepts.\nCreate and validate test scenarios and test cases.\nImplement Verification and Validation (V&V) processes effectively.\nTroubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.\nPrepare and share daily status reports and weekly summaries (WSRs).\nMentor junior team members and support their development.\n\nSecondary Responsibilities\n\nCommunicate effectively within the team and across stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into executable test scenarios.\nSupport production issue analysis and manage escalations (L1/L2/L3).\nContribute to performance testing initiatives.\nLeverage automation testing tools (preferably Selenium with Java) where applicable.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Technology (BTech).\n\nExperience\n\nRelevant experience in software testing, preferably in financial services or credit card applications.\n\nSkills and Attributes\n\nStrong grasp of manual and API testing methodologies.\nProficiency in test case creation and validation.\nGood understanding of V&V principles.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to mentor and guide junior resources.\nExposure to automation testing tools (Selenium with Java preferred).\nFamiliarity with performance testing is a plus.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively and manage stakeholder
