Требования:

  • наличие собственной «теплой» базы контактов и ЛПР, которым регулярно нужны IT-кадры;
  • подтвержденный опыт успешных сделок в сфере IT-аутстаффинга, аутсорсинга или заказной разработки;
  • понимание рынка и специфики IT-услуг.

Функционал:

  • привлечение клиентов из своей базы с запросом на IT-разработку и аутстафф;
  • выявление потребностей клиента и передача «теплого» лида в нашу команду;
  • сопровождение клиента до заключения сделки.
