business operations through ERP Automation and Artificial Intelligence.\n\nWe are looking for a highly skilled ERP Implementer who is not only capable of deploying ERP systems but also able to design smart workflows build automations and think with an AI-first mindset.\n\nThis is not a traditional role we are looking for someone who can engineer solutions not just execute tasks.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions (Key Smart ERP and others)\n\n Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance HR CRM Inventory etc.)\n\n Lead full ERP implementation lifecycle: Data migration\n\n Testing\n\n User training\n\n Go-live & support\n\n Design and build automation workflows using tools like n8n / Make / Zapier\n\n Integrate ERP with other systems (APIs external platforms AI tools)\n\n Apply AI concepts to enhance workflows reporting and decision-making\n\n Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes for maximum optimization\n\n Create documentation SOPs and user guides\n\n Support continuous improvement and scaling of systems\n\nRequirements Required Skills & Qualifications\n Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field\n\n Proven experience in ERP implementation (Odoo Oracle SAP Dynamics Key Smart ERP etc.)\n\n Strong understanding of business processes: Finance\n\n HR\n\n Supply Chain\n\n Operations\n\n Experience with automation tools (n8n preferred)\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n Ability to manage tasks priorities and deliver on time\n\n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\n Preferred (Highly Valued) Skills\n Knowledge of SQL & databases\n\n Experience with API integrations\n\n Understanding of AI architecture
