The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the ERP software aligns with business processes improves efficiency and delivers value across departments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze client requirements and map them to ERP functionalities.\n\nCustomize and configure ERP modules based on business needs.\n\nLead ERP implementation projects including data migration testing training and go-live support.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g. finance HR sales operations) to ensure a smooth transition.\n\nProvide user training and create user documentation and guides.\n\nIdentify gaps in processes and recommend system enhancements.\n\nSupport post-implementation issues and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCoordinate with the ERP vendor or internal developers for advanced customization and bug fixes.\n\nRequirementsQualifications:\nBachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.\n\nProven experience in ERP implementation (e.g. SAP Odoo Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Key Smart ERP etc.).\n\nStrong understanding of business workflows in areas like finance supply chain HR or manufacturing.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nExperience with data migration and system integration is a plus.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nKnowledge of SQL and ERP databases\n\nProject management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is an advantage\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based ERP systems\n\nAbility to train
