・企画サイドと協力して開発施策やサービス改善を立案\n・デザイナーやサーバーサイドエンジニアと連携して開発推進\n（変更の範囲）会社の指定する業務への異動を命じることがある。\n＜求める人物像＞\nキッズラインの理念、事業内容に共感していただける方\n要求・要望を明確化・細分化し、スピード感を持って実装まで落とし込める方\nチーム開発を前提に、周囲と連携しながら主体的に開発を進められる方\n新規開発だけでなく、既存サービスの運用・改善にもオーナーシップを持って取り組める方\n＜スキル＞\n必須\n2年以上のSwiftを用いたiOSアプリの開発経験\nSwiftを用いたiOSアプリの設計、実装、テストのご経験\nヒューマンインターフェイスガイドラインに沿ったUIの設計・実装のご経験 \nテストコードが書ける、または書く文化で業務をしている\n顧客や関係者へのヒアリング内容を要件にまとめられる\nチーム開発のご経験\n歓迎\nAndroid（Kotlin等）を用いたアプリ開発経験・知見\n自社運営サービスの開発・運用のご経験\n問題の発見から解決案の策定・実行、改善を推進したご経験\n物事から問題を抽出し、俯瞰的に捉え、構造化・単純化できる能力\n開発環境\n言語：Swift\nフレームワーク:
