HRIS Management\nManage and maintain employee data and profiles in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.\n\nAdminister HRIS processes related to employee lifecycle activities, including profile creation, updates, and learning records management.\n\nEnsure the integrity of HR and training data across the system for reporting, compliance, and operational purposes.\n\nSupport troubleshooting and coordination relating to HRIS and LMS matters where necessary.\n\n3. Recruitment and Onboarding\nSupport recruitment processes including interview coordination, post-interview checks, salary review and proposal preparation, contract preparation, offer management, and onboarding administration.\n\nCoordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including employee profile creation in SuccessFactors and ensuring relevant records are properly set up.\n\n4.
